Imperative Energy’s Biomass Boiler Range Tops RHI list

Our biomass boiler range, manufactured in Switzerland by Schmid AG for whom we are the exclusive UK and Ireland partner, is now the most extensive on the Renewable Energy Incentive (“RHI”) Emissions Certificates List.  This list, available at http://rhieclist.org.uk/ is for support in the application process for biomass appliances for the Non-Domestic RHI. The list provides details of manufacturers’ products, associated fuel types and links to the relevant Emissions Certificate for download.

Our range, accessible at http://rhieclist.org.uk, is top of the pile in terms of:
• Boiler size.  Our currently listed range covers from 40kW to 1.2MW.  However, this will soon extend even further to cover our broader range up to 6MW.
• Fuel Type. Our currently listed range covers boilers to burn logs, wood pellets and wood chip.  Our UTSR range is capable of burning up to 45% MC wood chip the highest of any product on the RHI list.  We are currently finalising certification to cover even more fuel types, including MDF, chip board and other forms of wood biomass

Coming on the back of our recent acceptance onto the Triple-E product list for qualification of Accelerated Capital Allowances in the Republic of Ireland, this news further strengthens our credentials and the suppliers of market leading, high end technical solutions for the biomass sector.
